What Will You Do?
We are seeking ambitious, growth-driven professionals ready to take ownership of the sales process-from lead qualification to deal closure. This fully remote role offers flexibility, high earning potential, and career growth.
Ramp-Up & Training Period (First 3 Months)
Your first 30 days will focus on appointment setting and training, preparing you to fully transition into a closing role. You will work closely with a senior closer to learn the system, and once you meet performance targets, you will move into a full-cycle sales role.
30-Day Performance Targets:
- Set 20 BANT-qualified appointments.
- Ensure a 50% show rate, with at least 10 appointments attended.
- Qualify at least 5 appointments for a full demo of our platform.
- Achieve 2+ contracts sent for review.
- Ensure at least 1 signed deal is acquired by the closer.
Upon successfully completing these targets, you will transition into full ownership of your sales pipeline, managing appointments, pitches, and deal closures independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: After training, take full ownership of your pipeline by sourcing, qualifying, pitching, and closing your own deals.
- Closing Deals: Leverage warm leads and a consultative approach to secure new clients, meeting or exceeding 4 deals per month.
- Pipeline Management: Manage prospects from the initial contact through follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience that converts leads into clients.
- Team Participation: Attend 3-4 weekly training sessions to refine your skills and align with company goals.
- Performance Target: Close at least 4 new deals per month to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Compensation & Earning Potential
This role is designed to be a six-figure earning opportunity. By hitting your performance targets and managing your residuals, expected earnings exceed $100,000 annually.
Ramp-Up Compensation (First 3 Months)
- First Month (SDR Training Phase): $36,000/year ($720/week) + bonuses.
- Second Month (BDS Transition Phase): $48,000/year ($960/week) + bonuses/commissions.
- Third Month & Beyond (Full BDS Role): $60,000/year ($1,200/week) + commissions & residuals.
Commission Structure
SDR (First Month Only)
- $50 for each qualified appointment set.
- $100 if your appointment is held, pitched, and a contract is sent by the closer.
- $100 if your appointment results in a closed deal.
BDS (Full Sales Role – High Earnings Potential)
- Upfront Payments:
- 50% of the client’s sign-up fee (Avg. $500).
- 50% of the client’s first month’s service fee (Avg. $1,500).
- Residual Payments (Long-Term Income Growth):
- 5% of the client’s monthly service fee (Months 2-12).
- 3% of the client’s monthly service fee (Month 13 onward).
- Performance Incentive:
- Residual payments will be reduced from 5% to 3% and 3% to 2% if fewer than 9 new deals are closed within a rolling 3-month period.
- Residual payments will stop upon the termination of the contract from either party.
- Commission structure is subject to change if fewer than 6 new deals are closed within a rolling 3-month period.
- Base pay is subject to change if the first 30-day targets are not met or if the training to transition to BDS in month 2 is unsuccessful.
Expected Annual Earnings (Based on Target Achievement)
- Base Pay: $60,000/year after training.
- Commissions: Average $3,000+ per month in bonuses and upfront fees.
- Residuals: Additional long-term earnings from closed deals.
- Total Expected Compensation: $96,000 – $120,000+ per year when meeting targets.

Qualifications
Required:
✔ Current/recent (2024-2025) B2B full-cycle sales experience in Enterprise SaaS or High-Ticket Sales ($5K+).
✔ Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
✔ Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet in a distraction-free environment.
✔ Proven ability to handle rejection, close deals, and persistently pursue leads.
✔ Willingness to learn and apply the Sandler sales methodology.
Preferred:
- Current/recent experience selling to attorneys.
